Parable of the Pearl of Great Price
The man who is standing up is the one who wanted the beautiful pearl,
but
he had not enough money to buy it. So he has come to this man who
is sitting
down to get the money. The money is on the table, tied up in
little bags. But
will the man who is sitting down let him have it ?
Yes, for he is going to give
that man his house, and his land, and
everything he has for the money.
Then he will take it and give it all
for the beautiful pearl. He wants that pearl
so much that he is willing
to sell everything he has so that he may go and
pay for it.
